Facility Rental Opportunities

Is your house too small or your event too big for that function around the corner? Several rental opportunities are availably at the park district.

Important Information

Reservation can by made 90 days prior to the event
All reservation require a $100 security deposit (deposit is processed at time of reservation)
Full or Prorated refunds of the Security Deposit are processed on the Friday following the rental. Refunds are based on the condition of the facility post rental (i.e. no damage to room or bulletin boards) and that the renter has abided by the rules outlined in the rental contract.

Prohibited Actions: Smoking, Alcohol, Open Flame, Collection of fees/charges, Smoke Machines, Disc Jockey or Live Music and Animals.

Prairie View Community Center - 6834 Dempster Street

The Prairie View Community Center rental includes: a rental attendant (Community Room), set-up and take down of tables and chairs. Also available upon request use of easels, coffee maker (provide own supplies), TV/DVD, podium and mobile coat racks.

Fieldhouses

The four area fieldhouse are used as preschool or camp sites Monday through Friday and transform into rental facilities on the weekend. The art work and wall decor make these facilities great for baby showers and birthday parties. The fieldhouses have bathrooms, refrigerator and tables and chairs. NOTE: Each park has a playground, however rental of the fieldhouse does not entitle renter to exclusive use of the park or playground.

Gym Rentals

The gym is a full-size basketball court with six (6) basketball rims at the Prairie View Community Center. The gym is available for rentals on Saturday and Sundays from 6-10pm.

Field Rentals

Interested in renting a softball or baseball field? The Morton Grove Park District has fields available for your baseball and softball needs. Below are fees for field rentals according to the field rental policy which can be found under the forms section of our website.

If it rains prior to use of field and it is cancelled by the park district or if field conditions do not allow the fields to be used, the rental fee for that day will be returned to the field renter. The field renter will also be given the option to extend the field use to make up the rained out date if the fields availability allows for it.
