Meet our Personal Trainers

Leslye Lehman

Leslye is a Morton Grove Resident who has been with the Morton Grove Park District since 2004. She is a certified W.I.T.S personal fitness trainer and holds many teaching certifications. A few being fitness for Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis, and she is a Longevity Wellness Specialist, working with seniors. Leslye has a passion for the fitness industry and a personal commitment to health. She teaches a weekly fitness class with seniors which is fun and lively.  Senior fitness is her specialty, but she will work with people of all ages and physical ability.

Ronald Cadarian

Ronald's goal with each individual is to facilitate the learning by using skillful training methods, well-designed materials, consistent behavior modeling, coaching and reinforcement skills and techniques. The workout sessions should be interesting, enjoyable, challenging and practical to ones functional needs.

Ronald's Sports Background: First Team in all sports. Baseball (played all positions), Football ( Defensive half back, Corner Line backer, Running back, Special teams (Punter), Track; 100 meters (10.1 seconds, 220 yards (23 seconds), 440 yards( 57 seconds). Basketball (forward). Recreational activities Golf, Racquet Ball, Bicycling, Running, Sailing. Other Activities; Painting, Drawing and Gardening.

David Berrios 

David was born and raised in the Chicago-land area, although weightlifting and fitness was always a part of his life, he recently became certified the better part of a year ago. Helping people effectively achieve their fitness goals whether one-on-one in the gym or with tips on a work out change. David received his Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University in 2007 in Chicago. There he studied courses such as nutrition and exercise science. David's education and healthy lifestyle was an integral part of establishing his effective training style, which allows clients to learn his knowledge. David holds an NFPT-CPT certification that credits his expertise in functional training. He has been certified through the NFPT for a year and counting. His expertise includes, Cross Movement Pattern Training, Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning Training, Core, Stability Training, Multi-Muscle Group Corrective and Fat Loss and Weight Reduction. All while helping in speed, strength, and agility. He believes you should never give up or sell yourself short. "Accomplishments can be achieved if the effort is there. Once the effort is recognizable, results occur!”
